PETALING JAYA The P104 Kelana Jaya parliamentary seat will see a three-way fight between BN’s Loh Seng Kok, PKR’s Wong Chen and a surprise independent candidate Toh Sin Wah.

Toh, a 50-year-old businessman, surprised everyone when he walked into the nomination centre at 9.41am.

Toh lives in Bukit Jelutong and his motto is “One world, one dream, one community”.

There are no surprises in the N31 Subang Jaya state seat as incumbent Hannah Yoeh Tseow Tsuan will take on BN newcomer Gan Meng Foo while N32 Seri Setia incumbent Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad defends his seat against BN’s Datuk Abdul Halim Samad.
