Datuk Halim – Preferred leader by the people in Dun Seri Setia

April 30, 2013

Datuk Haji Abdul Halim Samad, is well known amongst the people in Seri Setia. Most Seri Setia residents preferred Datuk Halim,  if they were to compare him with the current State Assemblyman Nik Nazmi(pkr).

2 days back, at Pangsapuri Damai, PJS 8, we were able to witness the majority of the residents came down and show their utmost support towards Datuk Halim, as the BN Candidate for N32. Seri Setia. When asked, one of the resident said “We are no longer with Pakatan.. For the past 5 years since Nik Nazmi held the position as YB, Nik Nazmi only came over twice!”

Another source state that, PKR is so-called great because once they won, they don’t really care about the lower and middle income people.. but the rich ones are treated like kings.  (Source : Team Media Selangor)

Looks like the potholes will remain in Subang Jaya-Hannah Yeoh says that there aren’t enough funds???

January 17, 2012

The article “Insufficient Funds for Roads Upgrades”, Selangor Times; Nov4-6; Page 11, as per in the below image states that the balance from the yearly allocation for Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya (MPSJ) that was allocated for the road upgrades will be used for road resurfacing in USJ 9.

Referring to Selangor Times, Subang Jaya ADUN, Hannah Yeoh said that curiosity (referring to the insufficient budget) arises due to the sudden high demands from the residents for the roads to be maintained, fixed (ie resurfacing of the roads etc).

Hannah claims that the RM5 Million provided to all zones within MPSJ allocated for roadworks for the year 2011 was insufficient.

“The other roads will be identified and resurfaced next year when the new budget is in,” she said.

In actual fact, the budget for the state of Selangor as a whole is humongous, given the fact that Selangor is the richest country in Malaysia. The Selangor Budget for year 2012 only is RM1.6 BILLION!

From the RM16 Billion, RM323 Million ++ is allocated for Salary. (Kindly refer to the details from the Selangor Budget Presentation by MB Khalid Ibrahim recently).

Apart from the above, a total of RM300 Million will be allocated for the “Selangorku” campaign and among those who are expected to receive a portion of the funding is Hannah Yeoh!

Questions arises from the PEOPLE :
1) The budget for Selangorku Campaigned is spent on what?
2) One of the project is for the printing and distribution of calendar “Selangorku Kekal Hijau”.
Did Elizabeth Wong received any payment or royalty fee for becoming the ambassador to promote the Green Selangor(?)
What about the Penang state which was claimed as the most “Green and Clean” State by the Chief Minister of Penang.

We also know the below :
1) Mat Sabu who was so called injured during the Bersih 2.0 rally, his medical treatment fee was paid by the Perbadanan Bekalan Air (PBA) Pulau Pinang, chaired by Lim Guan Eng.
2) Elizabeth Wong received RM17,722.08 a month from he salary as well as her allowance as an Assemblyman and the State Exco.
(Source : Bukit Lanjan State Assets Declaration 2009)
3) Allowance for each Selangor State Assemblyman is RM6000 starting January 2011 as compared to previous RM4,112.
In the same month MB Khalid had also given RM1 Million allocation for each of the Selangor State ADUN.

On the other hand, we can also see that Hannah can afford to employ a number of personal assistants :
Rajiv Rishyakaran (always seen online leaving comments to protect his boss)
Shu En
Timothy Ho
Reuban David
and not to forget her political secretary Edward Ling.

The above “Dream Team” is for ONE ADUN, and that is excluding the employees of a member of parliament.
(Dream team is the given name to the team above in Hannah’s web, taken for the DAP Office Pic Subang Jaya).

Looks like whatever that was given to the Pakatan’s ADUN in Selangor is still not enough. Wonder if the fair allocation is given to BN ADUN’s by the MB Selangor?
